We offer a variety of technical support options to meet your needs, including both on-site and off-site support. Onsite Support Options • Desktop & Server Support including Installation and Upgrades • Troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues • Onsite warranty support for product we sell which include onsite service in their warranty • Consulting services, including network design installation and support (LAN, WAN, VPN's, etc) • Service Contracts with ongoing maintenance and support include onsite and offsite support. Offsite Support Options • Telephone support allows you to call in for immediate assistance over the phone. • Email support is part of our email hosting packages allows you to call us for your email issues. • Workshop is work performed on your equipment by our technical staff in our workshop, includes diagnosis and repair. (manufacturer warranty repairs can also be done in our workshop) • Remote Support & Remote Network Management generally allows off-site troubleshooting by our technicians. In most cases this means being able to remotely access your desktop.
