Many of our clients prefer the peace of mind that a support contract brings. For a small retainer each month you can benefit from priority service with lower service engineer rates. You are also entitled to additional services, including free loan programs on faulty hardware, monitoring your backups and anti-virus checking. |

Combined with a full range of services offered as part of a support contract clients can be assured of a more cost effective IT solution. What does a support contract offer me? • Computer loan program on hardware (excludes labour). • One hour free RAS / telephone support provided clients have remote access capability. • Fortnightly checking of virus definitions (where applicable). • Daily checking of back-up logs (where this facility is provided by your back-up software). • Verification of correct back-ups. This includes a quarterly live restoration of selected files to confirm your back-ups are working. We will also review your back-up policy on a regular basis. • Annual review of your computer requirements. We will make an on-site visit to discuss your policies and strategies regarding all your IT needs. • Notification of service packs and security updates. We will email you this notification and make an appropriate recommendation. • We will maintain a set of on-site and off-site documentation pertaining to your company. |
